I hate to give bad ratings but if I could rate lower I would. This entire experience was a mess. I genuinely couldn’t make this up if I tried. I started out paying for parts, repair costs, and a diagnostic fee. Despite the repair fee increasing from $250 to $280, I understood and agreed to it. However, 15–20 minutes before I received my car back, I was suddenly told I owed an additional $100 with no proper explanation for the change. This was especially frustrating because I had asked numerous times throughout the day if anything else was needed from me financially or otherwise, and was repeatedly told no. This was never mentioned previously, but what was said was, hateful and derogatory remarks about a previous reviewer/customer and his girlfriend. He said, and I quote, that the reviewer was “a big jobless black man who was physically abusive towards his girlfriend.” He then claimed he would have “shot the boyfriend if he could because he couldn’t have fought him,” and because “the girl was attractive and the boyfriend didn’t offer her anything anyways.” Absolutely abhorrent and unprofessional behavior. If that wasn’t bad enough, he also made dismissive comments about my disabili

Messaged Derek and he came right over. He took care of swapping out my battery and also returned the old one to the store. Price was more than reasonable and my car is back running like a beast. Thanks Derek, I will definitely be calling you again for any issues I have with my car. God bless!

I had an excellent experience with Mobile Mechanical Services! They came out quickly, diagnosed the issue on the spot, and had me back on the road in no time. Super professional, honest with pricing, and extremely convenient since I didn’t have to tow my car anywhere. Communication was clear, and they explained everything in a way I could understand. Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable, trustworthy, and efficient mobile mechanic service!

I can’t thank Derek enough for helping me out on Christmas! My truck wouldn’t start, and even though it was a holiday, he went above and beyond to help me figure out the issue. When the truck still wouldn’t start, he stayed determined, troubleshooting until we got to the root of the problem. His expertise and professionalism gave me complete confidence in his work, and his prices are very competitive. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and dedicated, especially on a day like Christmas. Highly recommended!
